Crew Management
The crew is at the
forefront of all activities and the asset of our vessels safe and smooth
day-to-day operation. Good crew management is in our eyes one of the
important factors maintaining and running the vessels we manage and we
are fully aware that safeguarding these vessels we need to train and
work together with our seamen.
We use modern search and selection methods to ensure that our
crew members not only have the required professional qualifications but
also be provided with the required tools. We and our seafarers are
committed to the professional development and education the reason we
are continuously investigating and in direct contact with training
institutes all over the world, where our crew members regularly attending
training courses
Our crew management objectives are to ensure that crew are:
- Carefully screened and selected as per STCW requirements
- Embarked and repatriated efficiently
- Monitored for performance
- The subject of comprehensive records
It is company policy to recruit crew who are experienced, certified as necessary and medically fit, appropriate to the operation of each ship.
The implementation of this policy provides a high level of service to the contentment of our crew which, combined with our true care for our crew's welfare, generates a substantial retention rate of qualified seamen to the appreciation of our Clients.
